'The staff Ms. Lanita and the evening lady were really nice but I did not like the fact that everytime you needed to use the elevator you had to wait in staff to let you up. I didn’t like the fact that I was charged for a night when I checked in the next day due to flight delays because of bad weather. It’s a very outdated hotel the good thing is it’s right on the harbor and a Ruth Chris and McCormick’s is in the hotel. Would I book again??? Probably not '

'No room service. No pool. No parking or discounted parking. No kids zone. Breakfast buffet was ok. Wait staff kept disappearing. Room was big and clean. We faced a parking lot on a neighboring roof so the view was limited. I was underwhelmed from this Marriott. '

'Went for a business meeting and a day out with my kid. Check in was great got our room the room was super cold and we couldn’t change the temperature in the room. Called front desk he said he would send someone up to look at it an hour went pass no one came. Walked to the front desk he said yeah I can’t find anyone I’m going to get you a new room moved us to a new room which looked a lot better but nope still problems. Heat still doesn’t work it reads 72 the room is super cold I put it to 80...
