'The condo was below average. Overall run down, sheets with holes, bathroom lights only 1 or two worked at the time, A/C vent falling off, bathroom curtain moldy, every time you went in the unit, you could smell something that we were not able to locate. The tables in living room are all loose or about to break, we were worried about moving them because they rock in every direction. My 7yr old said “I don’t want to sleep here is dirty”, when asked to sleep in upper bunk; for a 7yr old to realize...

'The staff at the property comes off a bit rude. I understand the idea of the parking pass but writing my room number on my parking pass that I have to hang on my rear view mirror or place it on my dash board was a safety concern to me. The unit I stayed in was pretty clean, beds were comfy…. A few cabinets were loose, the bathroom sinks take forever to drain…a few more other minor concerns. The host offered to fix the minor issues but I declined for it to be fixed during my stay.'

'We had a great stay. The place was beautiful and had great views of the harbor. It was also located close to everywhere we wanted to go. I loved it. It was clean and very well maintained. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!'

'3 pools and 2 hot tubs were great. Drinks at the cabana $$$ but they hit the spot. Food at cafe was delicious. Pancakery and BackPorch restaurants were within a mile walking distance. Right on beach. Room was a little outdated furniture and carpet but perfectly fine. Mattress could be replaced soon. Great balcony views!!'

'We absolutely loved the Destin Diamond at Sterling Sands! The condo looks exactly as pictured! It was extremely clean - we were very impressed upon entering the unit. The unit itself is beautiful!! Shelly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was easy to communicate with. She truly cares about her guests! We did A LOT of research before booking and we are thrilled we booked the Destin Diamond! We are already planning our next trip!'

'Great stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views. The beds were very comfortable and worked well for our family. We loved our time at Crab Island and enjoyed walking around HarborWalk Village. 'Don’t hesitate booking this condo! Everything was perfect! The Emerald Grande is the best place we have stayed at on a family vacation. You’ll love the easy beach ferry and set up at the beach. The water was beautiful! The pool was so nice too! Shopping and dining all within walking distance. And the fireworks from the balcony on Thursday nights are not to be missed! Thank you so much!'

'The unit is in a great location—just a short walk to the beach—and looked exactly like the photos. It was clean, easy to find, and parking was simple. The pool and hot tub were well maintained, and we appreciated the storage closet on the balcony with leftover beach gear from previous guests.However, the service felt more like a 3-star hotel without a front desk.
