'A lovely quiet place perfect for a night away. Clean and comfortable. Great host, always there to help out. Just be aware that the hot tub is a paid extra, something that is not mentioned but that is not the hosts fault. They are unsure why that information is missing from the listing. Hotels.com were useless at trying to sort that out. But don't hesitate to book this place, just maybe drop them a message about using the hot tub first.

'Accommodation was generally as described although we understand that the swimming pool is only available to guests at extra cost payable to the Park Dean Resort - this was not clear to us from the listing which advertises swimming pool in the headline. In the end, we did not use the swimming pool and went to the beach instead. Guests need to be aware that no bedding sheets or towels are provided so you need to remember to take your own (the host said that you can also hire these from the resort...

'What a find! A little place steeped in history, pub on the doorstep and Wells next the Sea just 5 minutes away. If you love cricket and horses, then this is about perfect! Lots of little details catered for: welcome pack; toiletries; lots of outdoor seating; dog treats; hairdryer; corkscrew and a comfy bed. The hot tub is welcome after a day of exploring. Had a super stay - thank you.'
