'There are two things people might want to know before booking this place:- First, the entrance is through the bathroom. That wasn't a big deal since I ended up staying by myself, but I was originally going to stay with a friend-of-a-friend attending the same event as me, which could've been awkward since we might have been coming and going at different times- There's currently a house being built right behind this, so that means construction noise, but that is presumably only temporary.Overall...

'I enjoyed the bath but couldn't get the Jacuzzi to function. The heater sounds like the house is preparing for liftoff it is super loud. You can only use one kitchen appliance at a time and there is no control for the climate so it was too warm. Also it all or nothing for lighting. Lamps would go a long way. The supply of shampoo and conditioner was plenty as well as water and coffee '

'Everything is great. the only thing is that it does not have a dining area. It will be great to somehow let people know about that. Otherwise, it was fantastic. '

'Hospitality at its finest. I was totally impressed with the level of communication and the willingness to help us make the stay was unbelievable. The home felt welcoming and cozy. The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom had everything we needed. The decor was modern and unique. The location is great! There are great restaurants, bars and nightclubs within walking distance. Coors field and Ball arena are very close as well. 10 out of 10!'
