'It was a perfect kitchenette!'

'There are two things people might want to know before booking this place:- First, the entrance is through the bathroom. That wasn't a big deal since I ended up staying by myself, but I was originally going to stay with a friend-of-a-friend attending the same event as me, which could've been awkward since we might have been coming and going at different times- There's currently a house being built right behind this, so that means construction noise, but that is presumably only temporary.Overall...

'This was a perfect alternative to a hotel in the RiNo neighborhood. The room was very clean with a B&B vibe. The house was on a quiet residential street with mostly new townhome buildings. Coffee shops and excellent restaurants are an easy 2-3 block walk away.'

'Overall, a very comfortable and cozy place. For the location, price, and space available at this place, it was very well worth it. Street parking only is kinda annoying, but we didn't have a ton of trouble finding a spot. Great location with plenty of things to do within walking distance, so we chose not to try to find parking super late in the evening.
