Hôtel près de Denham Golf Club (Londres)

« I stayed here with my mum for 2 nights to be near my brother. The host was so lovely and helpful. Big thank you. We had a great stay in the apartment and would definitely stay here again. It was perfect. My mum is 83 and could come through the main entrance. No need to use the fire escape stairs. The parking entrance is opposite the shop Lords hardware shop. Only saying that as there’s lots of options and even my satnav got confused!! Bonus that there were community fire works whilst we stayed...

« I had a problem when using a damaged iron and dirty my shirt. But the reception lady did not seems to care about my complain... I would have appreciated a little bit more concern and a compensation. »

« Nice clean room, comfortable bed. Great proximity to Harry Potter Studios and walking distance to a yummy pub. Off-street parking. Note shared bathroom. We had noisy neighbors at 2 am but not the fault of the B and B. »

« High-spec fitout rooms are very comfortable. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds. The food and drink were of a high standard, as were the spa and gym facilities. The staff were all welcoming and professional. »

« Un employé a utilisé la même pince pour réorganiser les différents plats végétariens comme non végétariens lors du petit-déjeuner... vraiment incroyable je n'avais jamais vu cela auparavant... et quand j'ai fait la remarque il n'était pas content et m'a demandé si je n'avais rien d'autre à faire... bref tout est bien sauf qu'il faut se méfier de l'employé indélicat lors du petit-déjeuner :) »
