Cottages in Del Valle

'Everything was super cozy and the entrance is so beautiful. I will say a bit sad the jacuzzi had no instructions and was off, cold when we got in and lacked lighting or maybe it was just lack of instructions as well. Were looking super forward to it! But I will say hadn’t had such a great ac in a while like this one 😮‍💨 and also loved the safety aspect (baby ducks are adorable)'

'Loved the place so much! We booked last minute for the 4th of July weekend and we had a blast. This place has everything you need to feel like home. Perfect for 2 people. Everything was clean and all the places we wanted to go were walkable or a short drive. Would recommend and come back!'

'Here for ACL weekend. House was perfect. Very nicely decorated. There were four of us. Three got the rooms and one on the couch but it worked and it was comfortable for all of us. There aren’t any fans in the rooms and I was worried about that so I brought some from home but the ac worked well and honestly we didn’t need them. Location is also good. It’s a very quiet neighborhood occasionally we would hear the train but it was very peaceful night and day. The only negative things I have to say...

'Such an amazing and cute tiny house! We stayed for two nights and would definitly stay again. It was perfectly located and in a quiet neighboorhood. Next time I want to have time to sit outside and enjoy the firepit. The home is just as nice inside as the photos show. 10/10!'

'It was a very nice place to stay and I would definitely stay there again. The owner was great about communicating and it was easy to access the property and park.'

'Great air conditioning plus ceiling fans—great kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable furniture (sofa, chairs, beds)'

'Great House, thank you.'
