'Old, old motel that needs lots of help.'

'Mom and daughter trip. Little did we know it would be some of the coldest temperatures ever in Florida during our stay. The electric fireplace in living room and central heat worked great to keep us warm. Too cold for beach so we found great places nearby to eat, shopped, played games and read. There is a Publix very close and we made dinner one night. This place is great and very roomy. The shower is big with hot water and good water pressure. The owner is great and quick with replies. 'Incredibly helpful host and certainly a one of a kind unit! Was there with my daughter and her caddy for a golf tournament and the stay could not have been more smooth or enjoyable. The TV is as large as the one on Jerry World and so easy to use. The beds were the most comfortable I had ever experienced. Walk right to the beach! Front desk staff so friendly and helpful. Right in the center of Ormond Beach near all the great restaurants and golf course. 5 star experience at a fair price!'
