This 1600 square foot home offers a fantastic retreat for your stay. Providing ample space for you and your guests to relax and enjoy your new home away from home.

There are three bedrooms in total, allowing for a comfortable night's sleep. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed and furnished to ensure a pleasant stay.

The property features two full bathrooms, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests. These bathrooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities you'll need during your stay.

The kitchen is fully stocked, providing everything you need to prepare meals and snacks. You'll find all the necessary appliances and utensils to make cooking a breeze.

The living room boasts a 75-inch TV, perfect for enjoying your favorite shows or movies with a cinematic experience. The comfortable seating arrangements create a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

In addition to the living room, the master bedroom is also equipped with a 75-inch TV, allowing you to unwind and relax in the comfort of your own space.

The property is equipped with a washer and dryer, so you can conveniently take care of any laundry needs during your stay.

For your entertainment, we have provided cornhole and giant Jenga games, ensuring hours of fun and friendly competition. There is also outdoor dining space, featuring a large sectional sofa and two comfortable loungers. An outdoor gas fireplace (during the cooler months)adds to the ambiance and provides warmth on cooler evenings. Additionally, plush white robes are provided for your comfort and relaxation.

GUEST ACCESS:

All Guest have access to the entire home, with the exception of the garage and locked storage closets.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE:

Landscaping is performed on the property every Tuesday. They are very quick and can access the property without disturbing you and your guests.

If you are staying at the property more than 3 nights, hot tub maintenance will need to be performed to make sure the pool remains clean during your stay

The house rules for this property are as follows:

AGE REQUIREMENT: The minimum age requirement to book our property is 25 and older.

NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, including vaping. If guests need to smoke, they can do so outside and use an ashtray. Cigarette butts should not be thrown in the grass area to prevent fires.

NO LOUD MUSIC: Guests should not play loud music or have live music between the hours of 10 PM and 7 AM to comply with the noise ordinance by the Colony Police Department Noise Ordinance Section 6-192.

PETS: Pets are not allowed in the property.


REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY: Guests should indicate the number of guests at the time of booking, and the maximum number of people allowed at the home is 6 unless approved by the host. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed without prior approval from the host.

NO 3RD PARTY BOOKING: Booking guest MUST stay at Legacy Luxury Suites all nights of the reservation.

FURNITURE: Guests should not move the furniture.

CAMERAS: Guests should not touch, cover or disable the exterior cameras (3 total) on the property. They are installed for everyone's safety.

HOT TUB RULES: No children under the age of 10: For safety reasons.

Shower before using: All guests must take a thorough shower before entering the hot tub to remove oils, lotions, and other substances that can affect the water quality. This helps keep the water clean and maintains a pleasant experience for everyone.

Please DO NOT SIT OR STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVER!

NO SMOKING OR EATING allowed in the hot tub! No glass or breakable items: Glassware, bottles, and other breakable items are strictly prohibited in the hot tub area. Please use only plastic or non-breakable containers for beverages and snacks to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all guests.

Be mindful of noise: The Colony has a noise ordinance between the hours of 10pm-7am.

Limit your time: Prolonged exposure to hot water can cause dizziness, nausea, and other health risks. To prevent overheating and ensure everyone's safety, limit your hot tub sessions to reasonable durations.

Use the hot tub cover: After using the hot tub, always replace and secure the cover to maintain water temperature and prevent debris from entering. Do not leave the cover open or partially closed when not in use.

***REPLACEMENT COST**
Please note that there will be a replacement cost for any items that have been damaged including stained, broken, tampered with or ripped during your stay.

Guests are expected to comply with these rules to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. Our house rules are in place to ensure that all guests can have a pleasant and safe experience during their stay. Failure to comply may result in additional charges, penalties, or even eviction.
