'We booked through Expedia and selected indoor pool as we were traveling with kids. This hotel popped up so we booked it. We get there and the pool is down until December. No signage in motel of this at all. We asked how to get into pool and that is when we are told closed until December. You have to search extra amenities to see pool closed which if I am selecting indoor pool and the hotel pops up I am not going to go searching to confirm its open. 'While the grounds looked nice and clean, there were cockroaches in the bathtub of my room. I then got changed rooms and later that same night I had a staff number walk into my room even though that same staff member had checked me into that room earlier. Hoping to give it to another guest when I then followed them back to the front desk to clear up the mistake. I went back to my room again and I was locked out because they had deactivated my key card. This was at 11:00 p.m. at night. Thankfully...

'Quick check in and staff was super nice. The room was clean and had a great view of the surrounding (was on top floor and could see the toyota music factory). Walking distance to the venue i was going to for a concert. Will stay here again in the future!'
