« Hôtel très agréable, facile d'accès avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Chambres très confortables bien équipées avec une cuisine. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Les deux points faibles sont l'isolation phonique par rapport à la route et le faible débit de l'eau dans la salle de bains. Je recommande cependant vu le très bon rapport qualité / prix. »

« My husband I stay here every time we come to Dallas. This last time we stayed it was for my birthday. I left my AirPods on the nightstand by the bed which I would not have done when they clean the room well we forgot to put the do not disturb sign out and went out. We came back to a clean room but no AirPods. We told the front desk and ask for the manager and he said I have them looking for them I asked can you check the cameras and was told he did not know how to work them that he was sry and...

« Room was unclean. Hotel was completely under construction and we were not notified. »

« Could never get a person to answer the front desk. When we asked for late check out, they were resistant and made the request feel difficult. When we were checking out, we asked if they were full and they commented not at all, so I didn’t understand why us asking for an hour later checkout was an issue. The staff was rude in every encounter. »

« What was good. Towels, fast elevators, noise and light control, hot water. Water pressure would be a 7 out of 10. What wasn't good: A/C. I had to move rooms after the first night bc the air would not blow cold enough and the nose coming from the fan was annoying. Engineer said some rooms have that noise and others don't so beware. The new room had a very slow draining sink which the mgr offered to fix but I was checking out so... $32 a night for valet. Very limited street parking. Either pay...
