'My husband I stay here every time we come to Dallas. This last time we stayed it was for my birthday. I left my AirPods on the nightstand by the bed which I would not have done when they clean the room well we forgot to put the do not disturb sign out and went out. We came back to a clean room but no AirPods. We told the front desk and ask for the manager and he said I have them looking for them I asked can you check the cameras and was told he did not know how to work them that he was sry and...

'Rooms and staff were nice. It was busy due to Spring Break-food was kept up. Tables could've been cleaned a little quicker due to so many people. Service staff over the food and the bartender was super great (black lady). '

'Could never get a person to answer the front desk. When we asked for late check out, they were resistant and made the request feel difficult. When we were checking out, we asked if they were full and they commented not at all, so I didn’t understand why us asking for an hour later checkout was an issue. The staff was rude in every encounter. '

'I travel on 04/1/26 I’ve book aloft different city never had problems first my sister room dirty trash in the floor had to asks if they could vacuum, then the air didn’t work so they had to move to another room, I’m pretty sure whoever had that room before had the same problem, my room had dead bugs and trash in the floor the manager said they were going to credit me it’s been over a week haven’t seen no credit i called they keep saying no manager in they lying you not going to run a hotel...

'What was good. Towels, fast elevators, noise and light control, hot water. Water pressure would be a 7 out of 10. What wasn't good: A/C. I had to move rooms after the first night bc the air would not blow cold enough and the nose coming from the fan was annoying. Engineer said some rooms have that noise and others don't so beware. The new room had a very slow draining sink which the mgr offered to fix but I was checking out so... $32 a night for valet. Very limited street parking. Either pay...
