'Room was clean, outside could use signs'

'There was a dirty coffee cup on our floor, the shower did not drain, and we were told there was an ice machine. In the morning when we went to get ice, the machine was not working. The clerk at was on her phone and just pointed where the ice machine was. When we said it wasn’t working she mumbled something. We just left.'

'Please be warned !! this is NOT Legend Hotel Minot !! The sign out front is Sonesta Essential. Two women travelers in a downpour trying to figure that out! The front desk clerk couldn't clarify over the phone. When we finally went inside anyway, the excuse was that they were "under renovation"..... The front lobby had the coffee machine labeled as "out of order" as were all the ice machines except one on the 2nd floor. We were on the fourth floor at the end of the hall. The fire escape was...
