'Staff was amazing. Rooms were quiet. I was there on business so they put me on third floor with other business travelers. Very intuitive staff.'

'We liked the friendliness and helpfulness of staff- we arrived a few hours earlier and we were warmly welcomed; the room was ready and they checked us in. The place is clean, beds are comfortable and the staff make your stay pleasant and comfortable. In addition, it was “the waffle day” - extra surprise for breakfast and the selection of food is vast. Enjoyed the stay!'

'Property was great but we unfortunately had a hub cap stolen off of our vehicle in the parking lot at night. Apparently the property had no cameras to capture the event. Apology was given and not their fault but just an unfortunate occurrence.'

'The breakfasts were really good with lots of options! The pool was a bit cold for an indoor pool. And we asked for an extra pillow but were told they didn’t have an extra one. But Everything else was great! Friendly staff and Our suite was nice and clean!'

'Breakfast sucks. Wouldn't even count it as Breakfast. Beds comfy. Rooms mostly clean. Outside is run down, but rooms are definitely updated and look better than outside. Area felt a little sketch. Staff didn't seem too thrilled to be there. Didn't go to bar so can't testify about that. Probably would stay here again'

'Please be warned !! this is NOT Legend Hotel Minot !! The sign out front is Sonesta Essential. Two women travelers in a downpour trying to figure that out! The front desk clerk couldn't clarify over the phone. When we finally went inside anyway, the excuse was that they were "under renovation"..... The front lobby had the coffee machine labeled as "out of order" as were all the ice machines except one on the 2nd floor. We were on the fourth floor at the end of the hall. The fire escape was...

'The rooms are nice and they are improving the rest of the hotel. It’s budget, but fine for one night of sleep.'
