« The staff were friendly and courteous, however they were extremely short staffed, no housekeeping service until every third day.. there was mold growing in the corner of the tub, mystery stains(blood??) on the electrical outlets and the bedspread. Hot tub and pool not in use. You can see they are trying, there have been some renovations, however there needs to be more attention to detail and definitely more staff… »

« The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, that was the positive part. The negatives were the facility is in disrepair, the restaurant was closed permanently, but it is still listed on their website that it is open. The pool was closed permanently. They took the ice machines off of the floors of rooms and have only one on the main floor. The pigeons on are faux balcony outside our window were filthy and loud. « everything was great, was perfect location for me. didn't really use amentites, so cannot comment on that. but breakfast offering is great as well! Parking is easy, everything right there. thanks for a wonderful stay! »

« Hallways had a bad smell, pool and hot tub were closed, breakfast was carbs only. However, the room itself was nicely updated and relatively clean. The price reflects the quality of the stay. »

« The two water slides were awesome! The hot tub was also good. Breakfast was good the hot food was fresh and coffee available throughout our stay was appreciated Easy access to shops and the Scandinavian heritage park. »
