'The whole place needs an upgrade.'

'Ants everywhere in the balcony. They came to our bathroom. We called housekeeping to cleaned them up. She brought the ant killer spray. Our room got very smelly with poison. She offered to love is to new room but we had one more night after we had stayed 4 nights there. So we asked and refresh our room and stayed there. Dloor seemed never moped. The sink smell like sewage. Lastly we didn't have hot water one night .... The staffs are very friendly and nice. We liked the location. We walked to...

'The rooms were nice, you can tell they actively work to improve the place. The staff were awesome. We got stuck here for typhoon Bavi of course there were some issues from it but overall it did very well and we were never uncomfortable despite the conditions outside.'

Thank you Connie from the front desk staff for going beyond to extend our stay and not needing to check in and giving my family a great price. Cafe Cino is also my favorite coffee shop on island. '基本的にはホテル内は清潔です。 ただ、プール周りの椅子やトイレは汚いところが… 仕方ないことですし、スタッフも取ってはくれますが、枯れ葉や落ち葉がプールに浮いているので最初は抵抗ありました。 朝食のビュッフェもバリエーション豊富で、うどん、そば、ラーメンも楽しめます。 フルーツも卵料理も美味しいです。 子どもは1日中プールや海に入ってこれまでの旅行で1番楽しんでいました。'

'It was a nice hotel just to sleep in. The breakfast wasn’t that great and our room had some cockroaches. But other than that it was a good hotel for the price'

'The property is conveniently located to many stores and outlets. Staff are friendly and nice. As a returning customer, filling out paperwork repeatedly (same information the past 6 times I’ve stayed there this year, it is inconvenient to ask the same information over and over. Also, while I don’t have visitors, their requirement that each person visiting register at the lobby makes this location feel unwelcoming.'

'ブッフェの朝食が値段の割に美味しくなかった。 2年前より質が落ちている気がする。 プール、ビーチのスタッフも前回泊まった時の方がフレンドリーで良かった。シーズンオフに行ったからかも？ 前回は空いているビーチチェアに座ったら、韓国人に「朝から場所を取っているからどけ！」と怒鳴られたので、今回は韓国人が以前より少なくて良かった。 とは言え、毎回ビーチとプールには満足しています。 水のサービスが部屋の近くに無くわざわざ汲みに行く感じです。 値段を考えると総合的にこれ位のサービスのホテルなのかも知れません。'

'Room looks clean but found stuffs under the bed from previous occupants and air conditioning was not cold, we informed front desk about it but they just laughed about it like was a joke. I asked if the was cleaned before we checked in and was told not really'
