« The whole place needs an upgrade. »

« L’hôtel est bien situé à 6min de la plage de Fujita. Vous avez un ABC store en bas de l’immeuble ouvert de 8h à 22h. Internet gratuit dans tout l hôtel. Cependant, l’hôtel est dans un lieu assez bruyant. Musique forte dans le restaurant / bar en bas de l’hôtel et ce, jusqu’à minuit. L’hôtel est un peu vétuste. La zone du frigo n’était pas super propre, on voyait les résidus alimentaires, certaines prises de courant de fonctionnaient pas et le robinet de la douche etait decolé. Aussi,...

« Very nice hotel , clean bedroom , large mirror and coffee maker in the bedroom , very efficient air conditioning . Beautiful and large swimming pool where we can swim laps . There is a basketball hoop in the swimming pool , it's very funny . Plenty of parkings space for the cars . This hotel is located in the city center . There are plenty of restaurants and shops all around next to the hotel . There is a very large and beautiful beach 5 minutes walk from the hotel . We stayed 27 nights...

« The rooms were nice, you can tell they actively work to improve the place. The staff were awesome. We got stuck here for typhoon Bavi of course there were some issues from it but overall it did very well and we were never uncomfortable despite the conditions outside. »

« La chambre est spacieuse mais nécessite d'un coup de neuf, robinet cassé, tête de lit pas très nette, moquette à remplacer, dommage car très bien situé. Ce n'est pas sale mais pas entretenu, auparavant cela devait être un splendide hôtel. »

« The view was gorgeous from our balcony! The pool and beach area was very lovely and convenient. The beds were comfortable, we didn’t hear any other guests and blackout curtains are amazing. I thought breakfast was solid but preferred breakfast at TuRu Cafe up the road a few minutes. I’d stay again!! »

« Was there for a nine day stay. House keeping regularly forgot to refill amenities. Had to call front desk almost daily for something. Men and women’s public restrooms had broken toilets. No sign of any repairs being done. Hotel staff performed outstanding during typhoon to ensure safety and as much support to customers as possible. Maybe hotel should consider opening dining area for dinner during contingencies. Walking to Dusit Thani for one dining source was limiting as it was at an expensive...

« Room looks clean but found stuffs under the bed from previous occupants and air conditioning was not cold, we informed front desk about it but they just laughed about it like was a joke. I asked if the was cleaned before we checked in and was told not really »

« Receptionist very kind, room quite good and spacious, with balcony. Air conditioner a bit noisy and no breakfast, but some gas station are not so far where you can buy food and coffee. »
