'The property is advertised on Expedia as having direct access to the beach, but upon checking in we found out that there are two sister properties one being on the beach and the other one several blocks away from the ocean and with no beach view. We were also advised on check-in that the two bedroom apartments we booked are only available in the property which is remote from the beach. None of this was mentioned upon reservation. 'Our stay at Casa Nahua was extremely disappointing and far below what the property’s presentation suggests. From arrival, the lack of a proper check-in process was concerning. There was no real reception, no structured welcome, and no meaningful ID verification. From a basic guest security standpoint, that is unacceptable and immediately undermined confidence.
