'I highly recommend Z102 Studios. The property was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos. We had a great stay! The property was super clean and well-equipped. We stayed as a family with two kids. The space felt very private and quiet, and the pool was perfect! The host was also very accommodating and allowed us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. We were so happy with our stay!'

'The property and location was amazing. Very clean, excellent room. The communication with managment was lacking. The room needs oil, salt/ pepper and a pan for the oven. Seems like they DONT want you to use the kitchen. The market downstairs and the restaurant at the pool over charges to their own detriment. They charged us for a splash of soda in a mixed drink. What's next ? Charge per ice cube ? The cup and straw ? Silly. The strawberries at the market were 14,500 colones . That's 43...

'The room was clean although there were ants crawling around. We were led to beleive the restaurant was open as the promotional info claimed they served cajun style food. When we arrived, it turnes out the restaurant hasnt even been built yet and there was also alot of construction going on daily.'

Jammer dat het restaurant matig was en de badkamer sterk verouderd, waardoor het ook niet echt goed schoon te krijgen is(voegen en kapotte tegels) Een klamboe zou ook wel fijn zijn!'

'Lovely and unique stay surrounded by nature! Front desk staff was very helpful, but restaurant staff were not very attentive. One employee was sifting down and on his phone the entire time, did not come to take my order - when I even got up to ask him to order, he still didn’t get up to help me and I had to go up to the bar. Was not very friendly. '

'The view is obviously incredible, which is what the resort relies on. The staff were nice enough, but lacked management and training in certain areas. Had they been more attentive, we would have spent more money. The food was well cooked but the menus are a little odd. After paying so much to stay at the hotel, it's then disappointing to have to compete with public visitors to get tables in the restaurant. 'Right on the main road and the windows and walls are super thin. Motorcycles racing up and down the road until 1am. We were under the restaurant and every chair that gets moved you can hear as ifd it's in your room. AC shut off in the middle of the night. The place is extremely loud. We actually left and found a different hotel for our 2nd nights stay! Could hear a baby cry for hours multiple rooms down'

'Room with great view over the ocean (just shame that a car park with a container was in the way). Service generally good, depending on which member of staff you got. WiFi is unreliable. Restaurant food generally delicious. Room could be better insulated, I heard the family next door through the connecting door. W’a so-called “Whatever Whenever” service is not really that - I couldn’t get help for even simple things like a stamp for a postcard.'
