'I highly recommend Z102 Studios. The property was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos. We had a great stay! The property was super clean and well-equipped. We stayed as a family with two kids. The space felt very private and quiet, and the pool was perfect! The host was also very accommodating and allowed us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. We were so happy with our stay!'

'Just wow - So much to say about this property! My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks. The view overlooking the marina is GORGEOUS and worth it for breakfast on the balcony every morning! Playa Flamingo is a short 5-10 min walk away and that beach is one of the nicest in Costa Rica! When we arrived, Carlos greeted us and drove us to get groceries to stock up the fridge. 'The room was clean although there were ants crawling around. We were led to beleive the restaurant was open as the promotional info claimed they served cajun style food. When we arrived, it turnes out the restaurant hasnt even been built yet and there was also alot of construction going on daily.'

'We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa and loved the full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and outdoor seating area. The pool is large and warm and we had it all to ourselves all 3 days we went swimming. (Closes at 7pm so slight improvement would be longer hours.) Grocery store a couple minute walk away so very convenient if you want to get supplies for some meals. Location would feel inconvenient if you do not have a rental car. (Beach access is a long walk). But with a car we loved how it was central to so...

'Lovely and unique stay surrounded by nature! Front desk staff was very helpful, but restaurant staff were not very attentive. One employee was sifting down and on his phone the entire time, did not come to take my order - when I even got up to ask him to order, he still didn’t get up to help me and I had to go up to the bar. Was not very friendly. '

'Right on the main road and the windows and walls are super thin. Motorcycles racing up and down the road until 1am. We were under the restaurant and every chair that gets moved you can hear as ifd it's in your room. AC shut off in the middle of the night. The place is extremely loud. We actually left and found a different hotel for our 2nd nights stay! Could hear a baby cry for hours multiple rooms down'

'Room with great view over the ocean (just shame that a car park with a container was in the way). Service generally good, depending on which member of staff you got. WiFi is unreliable. Restaurant food generally delicious. Room could be better insulated, I heard the family next door through the connecting door. W’a so-called “Whatever Whenever” service is not really that - I couldn’t get help for even simple things like a stamp for a postcard.'
