'This resort is fantastic but personally i feel paying extra to be signature level wasnt really work it. I dont feel like we had and priority when making resturant reservations, because of this we werent able to dine in one of the restaurants on day one, we tried to do the walk up and see if they could get us in and where told to come back at 730, when we did they told us the just took a large group in and couldnt guarantee how long it would take to get service. after traveling all day we just...

'There are few complaints but we did have tiny ants in our room. This is a carribean issue but i did ask for this to be rectified twice and was told the room would be sprayed. It was not. Tip; dont leave any food or drink out not even crumbs. Having said that there were ants in the bathroom also.'

'Dining options are good! Hotel is a bit noisy because of slamming doors and interconnecting doors. "balcony is too small. No elevator from rooms to the beach. (still have to take stairs from ground floor to beach...bad news for people with bad knees) '

'Het is een toplocaties met top personeel, je kan er lekker zwemmen en de accommodaties zijn allemaal verschillend maar allemaal erg mooi Afrikaanse styl. Je kan er heerlijk eten, niks is re veel voor het personeel, wij zullen zr missen '

'Gave a mid review on property maintenance since our building suffered a power loss for around 2 hours during the night and maybe around 3 hours the following day in the evening. There was no communication from the staff so that was disappointing but it was eventually resolved. Everything else was great. That alone spoiled the trip. If the issue is permanently fixed or at least the staff would be more forthcoming, I'd definitely recommend.'
