'Where do I begin? Our room needed an update. The tub was dirty and our sink wouldn’t go down the drain. The food was not great and no flavor. I went to the Italian restaurant and waited a hour and 15 minutes for a medium steak. All of our food was cold. The staff at the billboard bar was very unprofessional ! 'Properties were very clean, however, we had to change rooms because of bugs. We also had bugs in the new room. We loved the restaurants, foods that were served, the variety. We loved the shops and entertainment and informative app. All of the staff we interface with were polite and very helpful.'

'Het is een toplocaties met top personeel, je kan er lekker zwemmen en de accommodaties zijn allemaal verschillend maar allemaal erg mooi Afrikaanse styl. Je kan er heerlijk eten, niks is re veel voor het personeel, wij zullen zr missen '

'We enjoyed the fact that the rooms were serviced daily by the housekeeping staff, breakfast was served buffet style daily with a different main dish, and the fact that we were literally feet away from the beach. Did I mention how delicious the breakfast was. Negril Tree House is gem, we will definitely be added to the returning guest list.'

'Dining options are good! Hotel is a bit noisy because of slamming doors and interconnecting doors. "balcony is too small. No elevator from rooms to the beach. (still have to take stairs from ground floor to beach...bad news for people with bad knees) '

'Mooi gelegen met een fantastische groene wereld om je heen. Accommodatie is eenvoudig maar netjes en past helemaal in het sfeertje thuis. Vriendelijk personeel en goed ontbijt. Zwembad erbij is fijn, niet groot maar prima.'
