We requested a refund as we did not feel safe due to the clientele and were denied. The concierge was very rude stating that other guests feel safe so we would not be refunded. '

'This property is the site of an old school motel that has not changed much at all from the outside but the rooms are beautifully renovated. Great style and function, even if they are smaller. Our biggest call out was the odd array of heating and cooling units with no instructions, and no exhaust fan in bathroom. Also there was no one onsite to assist, and when we called, we got an AI bot. However, all-in-all we loved the design and had a nice time off season and the price was excellent!'
