'Both pools and hot tub were wonderful. Food court had many options and all were good. Some are not open every day though. Gym was also extremely nice! They have free weights, machines, cardio room and a yoga room.'

'I'm already staying at this resort since 2012, and this was the worst night ever. We didn't sleep the whole night because of the extreme noise in the hallway. There were ventilators or something else making a real hard noise. I asked for a room as high as possible, and you gave me one on the second floor with the extreme noise. I understand that you cannot guarantee a room on a certain floor, but if you pay this kind of money for a 4 star resort, you expect a room where you can sleep during...

'The rooms were ok could use an update, bed was very comfortable. The food at the restaurant was ok nothing fancy. Pool area could use an upgrade as well. Beach location great however you have to pay for all the extras lounge chairs are not included in beach access. Location was great easy to walk around and enjoy the sites! You are paying for location more than anything.'
