'Awful smell around the property, room was far away from main building, not secure or safe feeling, anyone could come use pool or enter to the elevator. Room has some bugs, ants all over balcony and kept getting in. Charged a ton of extra fees daily parking even though we had to park own cars and were way away from main buildings. '

'Fabulous stay!! Mother/daughter trip - we stayed in a beautiful poolside room which was glorious to wake up and have coffee poolside under the hut☕️☀️The staff was fantastic!! We put our basket of towels out in the morning to have clean towels delivered quickly. We did a full housekeeping day mid week, which is done upon request. Communication was done by texting and always answered promptly. The extra amenities available being able to stop by the office, always greeted with a smile and pick up...

'From the time we arrived - when I did seek clarification - the wifi was both spotty and slow or simply wouldn’t connect at all. Using the neighbouring restaurant shouldn’t be required spending this kind of price range and it seems incongruous when seen in the context of the overall experience.
