Produits l’occitane partout sur le resort! Services parfait et bonnes qualités et rapide partout. Installation gym et spa l’une des meilleures installations fait dans le sud

I liked almost everything about the food could have been a little more better. Every restaurant I made reservations for the food was un-seasoned and bland and the steak was over cooked even when I asked for medium well.

Hotel and staff awesome butlers great transportation around hotels great only bad was room service food not good taste wise and restaurants average and our closest in our room had a pee odor and the couple we traveled with had same problem in there room was bad enough they moved them to another room but other than that i will most definitely be returning the service and conditions 5 star

This was our second time staying at TRS Coral. This time for our honeymoon. The fact we went back says it all. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There was lots to do and the weather was pretty spectacular.

It was not a 5 star resort. The pillows were stained everytime they changed our sheets. The room had awful AC that only blew to one area of the room. Our hot water went out. My husband physically had to go get extra towels because anytime we asked they never brought them even though they said they would. Limited activities that constantly got cancelled.. all in all, there are so many better options. We were VERY disappointed. Also watch out for hidden fees. I’m still trying to get in contact with someone from the hotel for charges they made me pay at check out that DO NOT belong to us. I’ve emailed them twice now and their butler service says they have nothing to do with helping us. Not sure what else I can do besides dispute it with my bank.

Nice huge resort. Better food options and service on the family side of Grand Palladium. Our belongings were stolen by cleaning staff from our rooms a day before departure. Nothing was done to accommodate that. Cleaning staff went through our clothing and all the bags. The Check in process was terrible and the waiting time for anything service related was at least an hour or longer. Stay on the family side if you are interested. The beach is beautiful.

We decided to celebrate our honeymoon at this resort. What a mistake. The resort is very pretty but it lacks. The staff services is hit or miss. We had 3 different pool/beach servers forget about us. We had a bartender completely ignore us (a bigger group came in and he went to attend them instead). Our electricity in the room did not work upon arrival. We had to wait to get it fixed. Our phone in the room did not work. It is important as when you order room service they call to confirm. We would have to call on our phone to go through all the operators to confirm. We advised our butler and front desk and no fix. For 2 days our room smelled like paint or chemical, we kept complaining. The butler tried to blame us for the smell because we didn’t allow them to clean the room for one day (we forgot to take off do not disturb). I advised it’s a chemical smell not a dirty smell. Their solution(after agreeing it did smell like chemicals) was a fragrance towel in the vent to mask the smell. After a few hours that smell turned into a horrible smelled (humidity of course). Lastly, the food was horrible. We actually lost weight. The only good restaurants are French and Japanese for dinner. The breakfast was hit or miss. We just kept ordering the same thing huevos rancheros and pancakes. Do not recommend. Go somewhere else. Somewhere happier as the staff here is very sad.
