B&B in Cooperstown

'We stayed in one of the rooms in the back, Petite Provence I. I was thankful to find accommodations that allowed a one night stay, since we were just passing through town. However, the room seemed very much like an add-on to increase revenue and was very expensive for what it was. We had to open the doors and windows because the room smelled musty upon arrival. 'Paul and his staff couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful! Lovely old stately home converted to BnB, with delightful breakfast next day. The suites are large and very comfortable and just dripping with classic furnishings appropriate to a late 19th century stately home.'

'While the rooms and furnishings are very nice, the bathrooms we not cleanly or updated. The night I stayed there, the power had gone off and there was no air conditioning and the no water. This could be a nice B&B but the outdoors need to be improved. For starters, they could remove the junk water heater from the front porch.'
