Overall, we had a wonderful stay at La Concha and would gladly return.
The highlight of our experience was the staff. It’s rare to find an entire team that is so genuinely kind and welcoming, from the housekeeping staff to the pool attendants. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Their exceptional hospitality truly made our stay special.

'I have zero complaints about our stay at Condado Vanderbilt. I traveled with 4 children and from the minute we arrived in the driveway to the minute we left for the airport everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Our rooms were impeccable and very comfortable. We used the pool the most and loved every minute.

'Nice and clean property with comfortable rooms that included a fridge, and in our case a patio shared with other guests. Rooms are super quiet and A/C worked really well; however, water pressure could have been better. We spent most of our time exploring the sites and eating out, so didn't really use the kitchenette or the tiny pool. The hotel is well located and there are loads of options within walking distance or a quick Uber ride away.

'The room was not at all like the photos. The floors were very bumpy and there were two TVs which neither worked because they didn’t bother to set them up. No dish cloths, utensils or bowl so it difficult to make meals. The bed was also coming apart.'

'The hotel was under construction so it wasn’t the best imagine. We also found a huge roach in our room & when we requested clean towels they were never delivered. We were able to get a little earlier in our reservation & the front desk did storage our luggage on the last day while we went to old San Juan one last time'

I hardly leave reviews on anything, but this hotel and the staff were extremely wonderful.
The hotel was very clean, the staff were always available to help, they were very friendly and sweet.
It was our 1st time in PR, and we'll definitely stay here ANYTIME we come back here'
