Chalets in East Columbus

'Our stay was booked for 12/29-1/2. the heat thermostat didnt work. i notified the host & he suggested to give it time to heat up. we were in condo for hours & temperature did not get above 50 degrees. The fan would run but heat would not kick on. I found tampons/pads in both bathroom trashcans, trash behind console in livingroom, gummy candy on floor, water bottle in freezer, water in bathroom sink (unable to drain), used shampoo/toothpaste. We had to stay in a hotel the first night due to...

'The hotel is a little dated but the staff made up for it. Check in was easy and the man was very kind. Breakfast was delicious and staff were constantly cleaning and restocking the buffet. Very hard workers! The room was quiet and the pool was large!'

'There were a few HVAC issues with the room though the frontdesk and maintenance teams were prompt and courteous. Service was friendly albeit a bit slow as it seemed they may have been a bit understaffed. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable; no significant shortcomings. '

'The Granville Inn is the perfect place to stay in town. The location is excellent and an easy walk to everything. The rooms are clean and charming and the onsite restaurant is delicious.'

'The hotel was right beside the airport but signs showing which hotel was which from the back would be helpful. The staff was very pleasant to work with. I appreciate the room had a Bible in it. Because I booked with a 3rd party app & not with the hotel directly we had to pay additional parking fee for the days we were gone. But the convenience was worth the extra charge in my opinion.'
