Welcome to our peaceful oasis, The Penick Getaway. It is a great location in quaint Reynoldsburg, Ohio just outside Columbus. Our three bedroom ranch home is the prefect spot for your family to stay for a few nights or a few weeks. Our house has a spacious living room areas, three bedrooms and two bathrooms all on a single level home. Enjoy our covered back patio oasis and fenced yard.



The Space:

Enter into a spacious living room perfect for relaxing with family and friends. The newly renovated kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to make a delicious meal. The dining room has seating for four and extra chairs are available. Three bedrooms with one king and two queen beds, all with quality mattresses will allow you to sleep well. The is a one car garage and driveway for parking plus free street parking as well.



The Neighborhood:

Reynoldsburg is a small welcoming town, close to everything and yet distinct and charming. With modern amenities in the new development in the Route 256 corridor, the Olde Reynoldsburg still retains the charm of a historic small town. Close to the airport and not far from Intel and other major developments on the east side of Columbus.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner). PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts: $35 (Less than 5 nights) $50 (5 - 30 nights) $100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
