'Just a heads up, you are renting a room with a bed and a personal bathroom and closet, I was under the assumption there was going to be a sofa, there was not, so it you rent make sure you like those you rent with. 'The property was great and the communication with the owner super! Thank you!'

'Centrally located with a hot tub to enjoy the cool Seattle evenings. Parking is not an issue as there was always a spot out front. Host has directions on all electronics with a very simple check in and out process that doesn't require you to strip bedding and doing laundry. Great week long stay!'

'Nice and relaxing'

The home is in a nice area with a park and University right down the street. The unit is most suitable for students. If youre a singke traveler, this compares to a hostel. I was...
