'The cottage was absolutely perfect for us. We did not make use of the pool or common areas but found the porch a very welcoming spot for early morning coffee and relaxation. The smell of the trellising honeysuckle a bonus. We found the location perfect for visiting Clearwater, Dunedin and Palm Harbor (visit Molly Goodheads for seafood!). We found the host to be an excellent communicator, always courteous with prompt replies and providing useful information to ensure a wonderful stay. ...

'Parking is great and location to walk to local restaurants/bars/shopping. We were told we could use the pool if we arrived early, which we did get there 3 hours ealry and would've went to the pool,but there was no access to a restroom so we walked around until the room was ready right at 3pm. '

'We are locals, so looking for a quick weekend getaway— this absolutely exceeded our expectations! Megan and Scott communicated quickly about any questions we had, the cottages are so quiet and quaint, in an absolutely ideal location. Walk to the beach is directly across the street, next to cafe de Paris if you want a delicious breakfast. The cottage has everything we needed for our weekend. Clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable! Would stay again ! '

'The location was perfect for walking to breweries, shopping and restaurants. Very centrally located in the quaint downtown area. There is a short cut at the end of Highland court through Dunedin Brewing that made walking around very accessible. The balcony porch was the best for relaxing and enjoying the warm Florida temperatures. We also enjoyed the ability to watch the local cable provider, Spectrum, for local news and weather. 'We had a great stay at the Key West Style Cottage. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well laid out, with a nice private pool and hot tub that added to the overall experience—even though we only had a chance to use the pool briefly.What really stood out, though, was the location. Dunedin is a fantastic town with a lot of character, and our timing lined up perfectly with the St. Patrick’s Day festivities. 'Rooms were very clean. Bed could have been more comfortable. For the last 24 hours, I had zero hot water and for half of that time. I had no water at all. Tried several times to contact property manager but radio silence. Gave us no option on a place to shower or did not move us to another room with the proper facilities. I am requesting a refund for my last day. '
