'Everything was lovely. Will stay again and recommend :)The one thing that wasn’t great, is the neighbor across the alley was smoking and it was coming into the cottage. Also the podcast he was listening to was a bit creepy.Thank You We Had A Nice StayJeff & Teri'

'This was truly a home away from home. Everything we needed was here, a full size refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, full size kitchen sink and bathroom! I was worried about the heat Chico is known for but the living and bedroom areas were both very cool and comfortable. I definitely recommend this perfect rental.'
