« Great customer service. I checked in late and they were in contact with me about where my key was and how to get it. My key was locked and I was given the combo. Combo worked and got into my room even when checking in late and no one was at the front office. Great help and very friendly »

« This was a graduation celebration trip for my son. We had a great time! Be very careful though cooking outisde on the grill and eating. We did have a bear walk out of the woods on us and we had to run inside. The bear got to enjoy our hotdogs. The cabin was great! »

It was a short driving distance to everything I wanted to do - Gatlinburg main strip, Pigeon Forge, Roaring Fork Motor Trail. Amenities included that I was appreciative for were a hair dryer, coffee pot, ice provided in the freezer, and TV that allowed connection to streaming apps.
