'The only reason I gave communication a 4 star is because we had a tiny bit of trouble getting ahold of someone when our code didn’t work to enter their property. Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond by helping to get the plug in solution resolved so we could watch the UFC fights on our fire stick. It was a short driving distance to everything I wanted to do - Gatlinburg main strip, Pigeon Forge, Roaring Fork Motor Trail. 'Hotel is very new, great rooms, very clean, decent bar and food, great view from roof top. The only negative is our TV did not work, like, at all... black screen, only the volume button worked. They tried to help, but it was late, and not a huge deal. We will certainly stay again. '
