« Das Zimmer war groß und hatte zwei Doppelbetten. Man hat die Möglichkeit das Zimmer über ein Thermostat beliebig zu heizen. Es gab zwei Badezimmer - ein sehr großes im oberen Stock bei den Schlafzimmern und ein kleineres im unteren Stock bei der Küche. Das Frühstück wurde zwischen 7 und 9 Uhr in der Küche in Buffetform angerichtet. Wir waren zwei Nächte und bekamen einmal Blueberry Pancakes mit Speck und einmal Breakfastburritos. Zusätzlich gab es auch die Möglichkeit Brot zu toasten mit Butter...

« We had a great stay at this bnb. The place with well-stocked, from extra towels, bear spray and bug repellent you could borrow, tea/coffee to enjoy any time, etc... The breakfast had both cold (fruit, bread) and hot (eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles) offerings, though could be slow when multiple people are eating at the same time. The only downside was the creaky floorboards made it hard for me to sleep whenever other people in my group were moving around. »

« Very good housing concept. Quality house and warm interior. Excellent breakfast and services in the morning with availability of our host, fresh and cooked products, it was really perfect. The only slightly negative point was that the room wasn't very big, and the second bed (in the 3-person room) was in a very small space and inaccessible to the elderly or people with special needs (ladder for access). « Such a nice host. She let us have full use of the property, which was beautiful! A very nice place to relax after a long day exploring. Host lives on-site and the living room/kitchen etc. are shared space, though host gave us ample space and privacy. We used two bedrooms in the home. The main level bedroom was beautiful and comfortable. The upstairs bedroom is less ideal for adults as the sleeping options were either a futon-like bed, or a mat on the floor. "Les moins : l'état de la chambre déplorable et la présence de SDF autour mais c'est un problème récurrent dans Anchorage même si moins présent à Downtown. La propreté était parfois un peu limite mais le linge était propre. La literie était assez confortable. L'emplacement bien que pas en centre-ville permet d'accéder assez facilement dès lors qu'on peut marcher 10 minutes pour rejoindre un bus. Le gros plus : la sympathie du personnel. Pour résumé, si vous cherchez juste un endroit pour passer 2 ou 3 nuits à moindre coût, si l'état de la chambre n'est pas bloquant pour vous alors vous pouvez y aller....sinon passez votre chemin. Cet hôtel dot faire parti des meilleurs prestation/prix d'Anchorage"

"Our stay was perfect! The staff – whether at reception, in the bar and restaurant, at the luggage counter or in housekeeping – were patient and understanding despite the language barrier; they were always smiling and friendly, and we left feeling truly delighted! I’m just deducting one star because the booking stated that breakfast was included, but we had to pay for every breakfast (and there was no mention on the menu of what was included or not). Thanks again to the whole team – it was truly perfect! I’ll definitely be back!"
