'I stayed in New York with my family for Christmas, and overall it was very good. The beds were comfortable, but the floor and carpet weren't cleaned daily. During our 7-day stay, the carpet and floor were only cleaned once. Perhaps due to the holidays, toilet paper and tissues weren't replenished promptly; we had to call reception to have them delivered.'
