'easy to get in & out, very clean '

'I love the Hyatt. The room was very clean which was important to me. The bathroom was small but clean with fair water pressure. Air conditioning worked and so did all of the lights. I love that there is a desk area to do work and a sink with a refrigerator under. My only set back was the change from Free to fee breakfast. I enjoy this place because of that amenity especially because it does not have a pool. They also stopped selling soda and cookies in the lobby area which was an awesome...

'We were very comfortable in our room both times we stayed here for our trip to VA. I loved the easy access to pet relief areas. Unfortunately people left so many cigarette butts all around the grassy area for pets (it was obvious it was meant for pets, there were pet waste bags provided by the hotel in this area) and there was an ash tray right close by which made it all the more frustrating. This isn’t the hotel’s fault! Just wish people were more respectful of the limited areas our pets have...

'I was so pleasantly surprised by this stay! There were lots of touches that exceeded what you might have in other hotel rooms. Having a microwave was the reason we stayed here as many places dont offer that. There were numerous outlets/USB ports around the room as well. We had practically new carpet which was also very lovely. The ONLY complaint was that it got very damp feeling in the room if the air was off. '

'Letterlijk geen oog dicht gedaan. Kamer 209 toegewezen gekregen, deze kamer zit naast een AC installatie. Non-stop produceert deze lawaai en hierdoor kun je gewoon niet slapen, geluid komt zelfs door de oordoppen heen. Ons gezin heeft geen oog dichtgedaan. Personeel vond het ook niet kunnen, maar wijst de kamer wel toe. Klacht ingediend en nog niets van gehoord. '
