'We enjoyed our time here. We really enjoyed the pool and everything on the 8th floor. The only problem we had was that every morning, starting around 5:30 am, it sounded like someone was banging on a pipe a couple of times every 30 or so minutes. '

'Prima plek in Downtown Phoenix met zeer vriendelijk en toeschietelijk personeel. Bar en restaurant zijn goed voorzien, maar natuurlijk wel prijzig. Duurzaamheid is “alles of niks” voor wat betreft het verzorgen van de kamers, dus als je alleen de koffie aangevuld wilt hebben krijg je de schone lakens en handdoeken erbij, wat natuurlijk niet nodig is. 'Breakfast - The biscuits and gravy were really good. There was also fresh fruit, bagels, bread, cereal, a waffle station, bacon, and eggs (powdered, but understandable due to the avian flu outbreak). Staff/Building - The staff was helpful and checking in/out was super easy. They also have luggage storage, which is a definite plus. You either need a key card just to get into the building or you need to be buzzed in by the front desk. No random people could just walk in off the street, so I...

'Beautiful, clean, newly built rooms with really friendly, communicative staff. Beautiful bathrooms, super spacious and great amenities. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend this as an alternative to a hotel, as you will essentially have an apartment rather than a small hotel room!'
