'With a party of two Dutch family's of four adults and four children between seven and fourteen years old we stayed at the ranch for two days. The house was not clean, a number of doors wouldn't close anymore. We were even afraid to cook our own meal because of the kitchen cleanness . The kids liked the horses though. The homeowner was mostly friendly. Only upside was the price, it was low and therefore we didn't have very high expectations.'

'The Finegold Nugget provided delightful, well-appointed accomodations (more than expected, with the assortment of dishes and flatware also provided). Beautiful room and beautiful grounds. We had a very relaxing weekend, which was the goal! If I had any complaint, it might be that the mini-fridge in the room was more mini than I was expecting. We filled it up! And as a suggestion, possibly get some mini ice trays to put in the freezer so the guests could have ice available if they wished. ...

'This house was absolutely ideal for our group of 3 couples looking to experience Yosemite NP. The home is exactly as described. Well stocked and very clean. The home feels very secluded and private even though neighbors are not far away. The hot tub, firepit and whole back deck were used often and enjoyed by all. 'Oaks Retreat was the perfect location for our stay outside of Yosemite National Park. In addition to spending full days in the park, we explored Bear Valley, Coulterville and the surrounding area. Highly recommend the area.The house was clean and comfortable, with "nice to have" items in the house: electronic chargers, reference materials for local establishments and places to explore. '

'We were familiar with Lone Pine and really like the main street vibe and the restaurants and shops, along with the snow covered mountains nearby. This home was very walkable to the main street and it was super clean and had the amenities we were looking for. Especially liked the comfortable bed, washer and dryer inside, and faux fireplace that provided a nice atmosphere in the living room. 'We had a great time at this house! The hosts responded right away to messages. Everything was clean and well equiped. The living area and kitchen were spacious. It was a pleasure to be able to cook together, eat around a big table, & watch the game on TV. On top of that there was pool, ping pong and a hot tub large enough for an even bigger group than ours. And YES the sunset was gorgeous. We hiked next to two beautiful rivers each only 10 minutes away. We will happily come back.'
