'Highly recommended stay, I stayed for 1 month long for school safe quiet and clean. Full laundry room inside room very convenient large apartments. Communication with management was great. There are no elevators and I was on the 3rd floor but I am active does not bother me. Just keep that in mind if you cant climb stairs. Great place ! High recommended! '

'Arrived and the bed our kids were supposed to sleep on was broken and it was unusable. Refrigerator was rusted. Blinds broken in main bedroom. Flooring completely falling apart. Spider webs everywhere. Listing showed it on the lake, it was across a very busy street from the property. This listing was absolutely deceiving. Pictures from when it first opened or remodeled i would assume. Don't waste your money. There is nobody on site either to help. The manager redone quickly which...

'I liked the room and was happy to spend time there; however, on the third night a stranger (man) used his fob to open my door waking me up in the middle of the night. He seemed confused and I told him to leave. He thought it was his room. It was scary and I didn’t feel like the room had secure locks and for that reason I won’t book again. '

'The unit was clean and was in good condition upon arrival. The communication on how to access the unit along with parking pass information was well outlined and easy to follow. The location was safe and gave easy access to restaurants. I was not a fan of the mattress. It was sufficient, but not as supportive as I would have liked. The walls in the unit were thin. You could hear noise from outside of the unit all night. I would recommend having a charging station somewhere within the unit...

'The room was very nice. But the check-in experience was terrible...a very complicated system! I would also say that there needs to be some signage outside the building to indicate it as a CozySuites location. The low visibility initials "MK" is not sufficient. '

'This property is perfect for a couple or even a small family. Although the neighborhood may seem a bit unsafe and questionable, the property will not disappoint. The home and its essentials were thought out very well. Every time I had a question or concern, the owner would get back to me almost immediately. It’s an accommodation most rental owners don’t give, and I deeply appreciated it. Its close proximity to the Lucas Oil Stadium and downtown Indianapolis makes it a perfect location to reach...
