'Great hotel! '

'There was a used washcloth left hanging on the shower curtain rod. The drain plug was broken so it was stuck closed, had to open it with my fingernails in order for the water to go down. Yuck. The breakfast was ridiculously expensive. '

'This hotel was the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in awhile! The entire hotel is beautiful and super clean! The bed was so comfortable, the rooftop bar was so pretty and nice for a quick drink/app before dinner, all of the staff were super nice and helpful, the valet was always quick and easy! The hotel is in a great location and we were able to walk to coffee shops, dinner, etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!'

'Only Complaint is they advertised free breakfast on the website. That's why we booked this location and when we got there, they only had a store to buy things. There is no free breakfast. They need to update their description. '

'This has been one of the best hotel stays that we have had in a while! The staff were so genuine and helpful. Javier’s communication was excellent. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfy and the shower was perfect! The one downside was the pool said it was heated and it was not. '

'Our room that we checked into had not been cleaned. We were moved into a different room which was good. Over all we were disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the facility. It was not at the standard it usually lives up to. The receptionist at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.'

'Excellent breakfast selection and the breakfast staff were so kind and accommodating. They made my kids feel special and even gave my son a treat for his birthday. We felt at home the whole stay!'

'The hotel was much better than when we drove into the property. It looked like, and may have been, an old apartment building. Once inside it was clean and comfortable. Rooms spacious, full kitchen, utensils- great place for extended stay. Beds very comfortable. I need to be near Methodist Hospital several times the next few months and will always stay there. Reasonable rate and good location.'
