'Well I didn't like that it took five times to get into a room the second second room it only took three times the first room it took two times and we still didn't get in the TV didn't work well the TV worked the remote didn't work I had to change the channels on the box it's not a very sound proof facility you can hear everything so if you want privacy you definitely don't want to go there'

The towels were extremely small, more like kitchen towels than bath towels. Breakfast offered very limited options, and the area did not feel safe. The accommodations were misleading and failed to meet even basic standards of cleanliness and quality. 'there was a terrible smell in the room. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room. I'm not sure what the smell was. There was no dresser. The chair was a little metal chair with a torn seat cushion. Otherwise, the room was barren. The air-conditioner was pulled apart and and unplugged. When we went to plug it in the plug was awesome all apart and unsafe. We never tried the TV, but hung our clothes on it since there was nowhere else to hang them. There was yelling all through the night and dog...
