'Hotel is good but not outstanding. Location is great, close to all you need. Staff is friendly and always there when needed. Could been given a room at the inner court instead of the street side to our family with two small kids, barking dogs on the street near our room kept kids awake. Breakfast has a good selection but only filtered coffee is a no-go, no orange juice. Nice pool but jacuzzi’s did not work. Friendly staffed pool bar. Gym was fine.'

'Stayed here for my birthday and I think this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff are brilliant, special mention to Kenz, Richard, Soya, Yim, Khim and the cleaning maids who all made my birthday feel really special. The breakfast service in the morning was good and set you up for the day ahead. The rooms are lovely, modern, with good WiFi and very comfortable. The bathrooms are immaculate and the shower was hot and powerful. The rooftop pool was a relaxing place to rest...

'Location of the hotel is perfect: close to the center of Siem Reap and Angkor Wat. Rooms are clean and offer all comfort you would expect of a five star hotel. Japanese restaurant is very good, however, lunch at The Lotus restaurant isn't. Not only is the food not OK, the restaurant is too big and old-fashioned. Service is very good, very friendly staff.'

'Best of both worlds. A. You're very close to the main streets (eating, shoppibg, exploring) ...but B. The location feels like it's no where near - its local, tucked away.. (don't get confused with difficult to find, it's not). Family run (husband and wife) who attend to the whole show (with a great cleaner), and who have been in SR long enough to have a good feel. 'Staff was amazing, especially Thina! Great wifi, A/C, good pressure & hot water in shower & unbeatable location! Was pleasantly surprised to have a safe & big enough to hold my laptop! I found the bed quite hard & not so smooth which was a bit rough for my skinny bones, is the only complaint I could possibly think of. The pool was about 9 x 10', but enough to cool down in. My friend had the breakfast & raved about it. Will definitely return!'
