'I have stayed here twice both in hostel room and private bedroom. Unlike some hostels ive stayed at the private room was clean had AC, fan, fridge, and HOT WATER. No mosquitos in the bathroom waiting to bite you. We saw one ant in the room that was it. For a budget accomdation you wont find any better. The food is excellent and will hook you up too!'

'Amazing place and they gave us gifts every day if the stay which was incredible adorable. Staff were amazing and very nice. Mis Tola, Mis Samnang and mis Sinar treated us like royalty and made the stay very warm and comfortable. '

'Comfortable hotel just outside the centre, but with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby (I reccomend the coffe place on the corner of the main thoroughfare). The hotel is comfortable without being super luxurious, but there are two aspects where it really shines: the pool and the hotel staff. The pool is big enough to swim laps and the staff are among the friendliest and most helpful hotel staff I've ever come across. '

'The staff are exceptional - you are greeted like family and every aspect of you stay is considered. The rooms and amenities are fabulous, along with the food. The extra special complimentary services like the spa, Tuk Tuk and laundry add to the whole experience. '

And it’s very close to Angkor Wat, as well as the city center. Excellent service! It’s also walkable to some of the nearby restaurants and cafes. They also do tuk tuk tours to Angkor Wat, which I also highly recommend. Cannot wait to stay here again up my return to beautiful Siem Reap! '

'Hotel is good but not outstanding. Location is great, close to all you need. Staff is friendly and always there when needed. Could been given a room at the inner court instead of the street side to our family with two small kids, barking dogs on the street near our room kept kids awake. Breakfast has a good selection but only filtered coffee is a no-go, no orange juice. Nice pool but jacuzzi’s did not work. Friendly staffed pool bar. Gym was fine.'

'Location of the hotel is perfect: close to the center of Siem Reap and Angkor Wat. Rooms are clean and offer all comfort you would expect of a five star hotel. Japanese restaurant is very good, however, lunch at The Lotus restaurant isn't. Not only is the food not OK, the restaurant is too big and old-fashioned. Service is very good, very friendly staff.'

'Great stay at Sofitel for family of three. Staff were fantastic everywhere we went in the hotel. Concierge was great help in organizing tours of Ang Kor Wat etc. and shorter local trips that we went ourselves. Swimming pool was large and never crowded. Front desk always friendly. Great internet. Short distances to 7-11 and to markets. We are 150 km from the Thai border war and never felt unsafe. It did affect the number of tourists so everywhere is not crowded even in December (peak...
