'Good facilities, good staff, and good atmosphere'

'Hotel is good but not outstanding. Location is great, close to all you need. Staff is friendly and always there when needed. Could been given a room at the inner court instead of the street side to our family with two small kids, barking dogs on the street near our room kept kids awake. Breakfast has a good selection but only filtered coffee is a no-go, no orange juice. Nice pool but jacuzzi’s did not work. Friendly staffed pool bar. Gym was fine.'

From the instant you walk in, you are greeted with the friendliest staff - umbrellas in the rain, cold towels after a hot day. The rooms are immaculate and feel so private. The decor is so relaxing, food is incredible, the spa is top notch, and the pools are amazing. Plus all of the inclusions during your stay (free massage every day, tuk tuk rides into town, breakfast - the list goes on...

The staff is amongst the friendliest and hospitable I've encountered in my travels and are always ready to provide any assistance with excursions or advice on things to do. 'Location of the hotel is perfect: close to the center of Siem Reap and Angkor Wat. Rooms are clean and offer all comfort you would expect of a five star hotel. Japanese restaurant is very good, however, lunch at The Lotus restaurant isn't. Not only is the food not OK, the restaurant is too big and old-fashioned. Service is very good, very friendly staff.'

And it’s very close to Angkor Wat, as well as the city center. Excellent service! It’s also walkable to some of the nearby restaurants and cafes. They also do tuk tuk tours to Angkor Wat, which I also highly recommend. Cannot wait to stay here again up my return to beautiful Siem Reap! '

'Vraiment parfait ! L’hôtel est magnifique, et le personnel est vraiment vraiment aux petits soins. Le resto sur le toit est sympa et très bon (ce sera moins cher dans la rue mais ça dépanne) L’hôtel est bien situé dans siem reap, ils peuvent tout vous organiser sur place ainsi que le transfert vers l’aéroport.
