'There lots of parking available, make sure to validate the ticket at the front desk to avoid paying the parking fee. Breakfast, is OK. You wont star the day hungry. The room was nice, just be aware that next to the hotel you will a restaurant with a party vibe all the way 'til 3:00am aprox. Inside the room the music is not loud, but you can hear it. '

'Excellent stay. Had slight problem regarding sleeping amenities but owner cleared up immediately. Beautiful. Stayed in unit 2. Lots of balcony space, nice common area, comfortable bed, clean. Great shower. Noise from street to be expected. Suggest buying coffee before you arrive. Only drawback was no futon. Did have an extra twin mattress. My roommate slept on common area and was super comfortable. Would highly recommend. '

'The room was spotless and the decor was beautiful. The location was very convenient and the staff was friendly, in particular Marciello. The only downsides were that there was no hot water in the shower and the air conditioning vented onto the deck, making it really hot to sit on the deck. '

It is currently under construction. - Facilities and location: The hotel is located in a safe area where you can walk around. However, it is next to a boulevard full of bars, all competing to play the loudest music. Only a few rooms have significantly reduced noise levels. - Room: The beds were very comfortable. There was no hot water, and some basic amenities were missing, such as toiletries and kitchen utensils....

'Hotel is fine, considering the price. Location is good, the staff is friendly and the rooms look stylish. Also there is free coffee in the morning. However, the floor in rooms should be cleaner. There was sand on the floor when we arrived and there is quite some dirt under the beds. However, the bed was made every day and the towels were (unnecessarily) replaced. Also, there was a humid odor in the room as there were no windows to ventilate. If the floor was a bit more clean I would recommend...
