Positief: Netheid, personeel en service
Best few items: the AC worked extremely well, breakfast was good a few more hot items would have been nice. Coffee was excellent as well as the breakfast staff. Good location with the mall turning around and getting new life to it. All of the staff really tried hard to make you feel comfortable.
Cons: the thursday night sushi buy one get one free is a total disaster. The staff doesn't understand how the promotion works,you have 5 flavors to choose from but cannot mix and match even though its a set price. If you dont want 2 of the same rolls you ha e to pay an additional 3 dollars. I think its just to make yhe job easier for the sushi cook.
Next, the bed was hard and it was just a mattress on a cheap wood box frame. Every time you moved in the bed it sounded as if it was gonna fall apart. Lastly, soundproofing is really bad, you hear everything that is happening in all the rooms around and above you.
Overall i would stay again but maybe upgrade yo a suite and ask to be put on a floor that is not that occupied if possible. And bring a screwdriver to tighten the screws on the bed so it doesn't make sooo much noise.
