Very loud rooms: either roaring air conditioner or roaring traffic, you decide. 4. Shower is a trickle. 5. Rooms are small. 6. $50 a day pet fee and no pet facilities at all. 7. 'Extremely friendly front desk. Modern card key system and great amenities for this price point. Very Clean rooms. Great location just off of 101, with bus stop outside. Descent breakfast from 7-10AM. Overall great stay!'

'I never started there I tried to reschedule for trip delayed and 3 weeks before the trip all I was told sorry non refundable see you the 22. They were not helpful and impolite. I will never stay at this hotel, I would understand if I had tried the day off but not 3 weeks before the stay. They should try having a little sympathy and being more courtesy when a customer just wanted to change the dates of the trip to a non holiday trip date. Not happy at all.'

'I liked the location a lot, all though i made a mistake thinking a booked breakfast which they do not have ( my bad) there were good options a few minutes away to turn too. The fridge and airco were a bit noisy but once they stopped area is really quiet!! Easy access nice personal!!'
