'This was just an average room in an expensive area. For the price you pay, you'd expect free car parking and breakfast, but no. They cater to people going to the Sonoma Racetrack, as RV's and trucks get free parking. The room was almost motel 6 quality. No slow close toilet lid, cracks in 5 of the tiles above the bathtub sealed with silicone and food particles between the wall and the nightstand. The "sofa sleeper"? That's a joke.'

'We had a great stay at this hotel in Novato. The room was spacious and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Housekeeping came every other day, which worked perfectly for us and kept everything clean and tidy. The free breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff was always nearby to refill items and make sure guests had everything they needed. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. If we come back to Novato, we will definitely stay here...

'The property is a bit dated, but it's centrally located. The room can be noisy because it's close to the freeway. The staff are super friendly. Parking is free. There are a bar and a restaurant onsite for convenience.'

'Het zwembad is prima, netjes en schoon, goed onderhouden. Het hotel ligt aan het spoor en bij industrieen. De kamer is netjes maar toe aan een update, de airco deed het wel, de kap was vuil en kapot.Het ontbijt is waardeloos.'

'This is a SCAM! You need to be very careful before booking this hotel. 1) I came in and the they told me that I had to upgrade my current reservation to have a private bathroom. In the booking I booked originally, they did not specify anywhere that the room doesn’t come with a private bath. They did this on purpose to get guests pay 2) The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. Some of them don’t even speak English and don’t know how to answer my simple question such as where’s...

'The room is not clean with some dirts on the ground and the cornor. There is no sofa so the room is large but a bit too empty. The restroom in separated into 2 small rooms and the wash sink and mirror is not with in the restroom. Also, fire alarm from 12 am to 1 am at midnight on April 12, 2026. '

'I liked the location a lot, all though i made a mistake thinking a booked breakfast which they do not have ( my bad) there were good options a few minutes away to turn too. The fridge and airco were a bit noisy but once they stopped area is really quiet!! Easy access nice personal!!'
