Hôtel près de Cinemark Century Rowland Plaza (Novato)

« Breakfast was great - too late on a weekend to utilize though. Nice new property and my favorite room ever in a suite - HOWEVER we were there 6 days - NEVER HOUSE KEEPING - had to go to the front desk for towels, coffee - AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY !!! IF YOU CAN EVEN FIND someone at the front desk. The staff are Inept, LAZY, and Housekeeping is non existant !!! »

« As long as you are not too close to hwy 101, you can’t hear it. Good value for the money »

« Très correct, proche d'une voie rapide, mais qu'on n'entend pas dans la chambre. Chambre un peu vétuste mais rien de bien grave. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas continental, mais correct. Accueil pas terrible, sans formule de politesse...Bref, pour une nuit, c'était très convenable. »

« Aucune serviette de toilette , ni gel douche ou shampoing . Obliger de quémander à l’accueil. Il est noté « avec petit déjeuner «  mais aucun petit déjeuner : juste dans l’entrée de 6h30 à 9h00 un distributeur de café ou eau chaude et quelques pochettes de céréales . Merci de retirer cet hébergement »

« The staff were great and we so enjoyed this fun unexpected find! Free parking was included and an amazing breakfast was unexpected! We enjoyed it in the library but the open courtyard was beautiful too. Perfect in warmer weather. The bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water. There are stairs only to the second floor so plan for that. »

« This is a SCAM! You need to be very careful before booking this hotel. 1) I came in and the they told me that I had to upgrade my current reservation to have a private bathroom. In the booking I booked originally, they did not specify anywhere that the room doesn’t come with a private bath. They did this on purpose to get guests pay 2) The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. Some of them don’t even speak English and don’t know how to answer my simple question such as where’s...

« J’ai séjourné dans la roulotte airstream , j’ai adoré mon séjour. La roulotte est impeccable, très propre. Le lit est confortable . Beau paysagement. Je recommande. »

« L’hôtel était en très mauvais état. Le service à clientèle était ok sans plus … il y avait des trou dans les murs . On aurait dit que les meubles avait été pris sur la rue … »

« This hotel has everything to be a gem but it is run down and it can use a good upgrade. Hallways smell like cigarette (not the room) and the floors and rooms could use an upgrade too. The carpets look like they havent been replaced for the past 20 years. Staff SUPER nice and willing to make u feel at home. »
