'Great location! They have a few bicycles to go to the beach. The neighbourhood has some fine restaurants. You can walk to the ferry that brings you into the Gaslamp district. Unfortunately the price for this 3 minute cross-over is priced a 8 US$ single journey. '

'Over prized hotel. 800 dollars for two nights is not cheap. You expect the basics to be in order. Because there's nothing really special about this hotel that would justify a high price. My bathroom sink and bath drain were clothed. Showering means standing enkel deep in water. Going by the lines on the bath this is a long time problem. Also there was water on the floor near the toilet. On top of that they forgot to clean my room. And to top it of the wifi is terrible. What didn't make it...

'Fine location. Blaring music in the lobby was less fine and not a fun environment to sit in the morning. Good restaurants and lots of choices. Clise to convention center. '

'Wonderful and charming old home. Reasonably close to beach and conveniences. Only issue was staff wasn’t available until 9 am. Some issues with breakfast items available before 9.'

'Staff were wonderful, very welcoming. We were delighted to get an early checkin after leaving a cruise ship. The room was comfortable, clean and we loved the balcony. We will certainly stay again next time we are in the city.'
