'The hotel was in a great location but we had to park down the road the road at a public parking lot. The walls were thin and heard the whole city partying all night. When we first got there, they asked if we wanted a complimentary beverage from there fridge but then they charged us for them as an amenities fee of $26(which included the use of some beach cruiser bikes) that we didn’t even ride). All in all, great location if your going to the ball game but would t recommend for a family with...

'Hair left in shower; bell desk lost luggage; car valet didn’t listen twice. and did not assist with loading luggage when leaving; snacks store ALL beverages were literally room temp- food items were not labeled so had to get in line to inquire ; house keeping knocked on door for service when do not disturb sign was on door and debated our check out time with us- parking was $75 which I felt should have been disclosed ahead of time'

'Little bit strange with lobby on 12th. Downtown in walking distance. Convention Center 20 min walk Parking not cheap, but all parking garages aren't. Expected more homeless people as the US isn't doing well on that point. Neighbourhood felt safe, '

'Lovely decor, clean and fresh rooms and extremely friendly and supportive staff. Small downside was the limited closet/storage space. And for disabled access, in the shower the soap and shampoo could have been placed a little closer to the shower itself.'

'Great location! They have a few bicycles to go to the beach. The neighbourhood has some fine restaurants. You can walk to the ferry that brings you into the Gaslamp district. Unfortunately the price for this 3 minute cross-over is priced a 8 US$ single journey. '
