"Chambre non conforme à la réservation. Chambre handicapée (non demandée) sale et vétuste. Après 1h, nous avons quitté l'hôtel sans y dormir. Après contact avec Hotel.com, comme l'hôtel anglais ne rembourse pas, hôtel.com ne fait rien de plus et ne propose qu'une obole de 25€ et c'est tout. Scandaleux ..."

"Very helpful and friendly staff both in the bar/restaurant and on the front desk. Good location close to the motorway but no motorway noise at night. Clean room and any issues were very quickly resolved."

"Old coaching inn with busy bar. No elevator and rooms up long winding stairs and no staff to help carry bags so avoid if infirm or with loads of heavy bags. Breakfast superb and it’s very much in the center of town so great location. Service willing if a bit strained."
