'The place is very unique and charming. A really amazing experience for a traditional Onsen. The staff are super kind and the service is superb.'

'Great location. Nice place. Close to train and towns'

'Goede bedden, ruime kamers, heerlijk ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, fijne onsem, goed gelegen...'

'This is a shoe-free hotel. You leave your shoes in a locker at the entrance and walk around in socks for the entire stay. All was good until I had a simple request. I asked if an attendant could call a local clinic to find out if they could see me for an urgent eye issue. No matter how I explained my request, I couldn’t get anyone to call or explain why they wouldn’t. I’ve used Google Translate in other cities in Japan, but here it only caused confusion. I ended up wasting an hour and a half...

'施設自体は満足するものでした。 駐車場が施設から歩いて30秒という記載もあり安心もあって暗くなってからチェックインしました（距離は間違いなく歩いて30秒でした）。しかし、周りが暗い上に狭い道のため見つけるのに時間がかかり大変な思いをしました。 ここへ泊まる方は日のあるうちにチェックインすることをお勧めします。'

'Hotel staff were amazing! Beautiful hotel and the beautiful room! They pay attentions to the details for the guests to stay comfortable and enjoy! The public bathes were very relaxing, I went to three times! Our package included dinner and breakfast! A lot of foods, beautiful and we enjoyed all! Definitely I will recommend to our friends and will stay again when we come back to Hakone.'

'This property is a private appatment, which is fairly obvious when booking. What is not obvious was that it is a very steep climb in the 1km walk from the railway station. The "How to get there" Info made available after booking was very detailed but should include "if you have heavey luggage, take a taxi!".'

'Immaculately clean, good heating in late autumn, having a washing machine in the middle of our 15 day vacation was a dream. However, we had to climb 40 steps to the apartment with luggage to get to the apartment, so be forewarned if you’re not physically fit!'

'un peu loin à pied du centre de hakone si vous n’avez pas d’auto. les taxis n’etaient pas disponibles en partant le matin vers le train. (achalandage). le bus est disponible et passe au 30 mn'
