'広くて素敵なお部屋でした。また、利用したいと思います'

'The room was very clean and our host was very helpful and considerate. Excellent shower! '

'Great location. Nice place. Close to train and towns'

'Highly recommend for Hakone Short walk to main food and drink area, but remote enough it feels exclusive Amazing property Just be familiar with separate bath times and ensure to reserve if you want to share with your spouse'

'Clean, spacious, free bar, helpful staff and the pickup and dropping off at the station. The information about the pick up was not clear in their email and we hsppenef to go to the information center near the station and the kind lady their called the hotel for us. The private mineral bath felt like s hot tub.'

'Goede bedden, ruime kamers, heerlijk ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, fijne onsem, goed gelegen...'

'Irrational and Robotic minded costumer service and reception'

'The house was difficult to find and, as mentioned, had a steep hill to walk down. When we entered, it smelled strongly of gas as there were 3 gasoline jars directly inside the door. The smell gave all four of us a headache. Also, it was VERY cold, due to missing windows. The heaters were set at max and we were still very cold. Lastly, the floors are not stable. In the dining room, it felt like we were walking on cardboard, as the floor flexed and moved when we walked. '

'Everything is walking distance from this property. They even provide a 4-500 ¥ washer and dryer. The only negative thing I can think of is the filters and vents and sealing fans need to be dusted. Other than that it was a pleasure to of stayed there.'

'We spent two nights here, and enjoyed our stay. It was ten minutes from Hakone Yumoto station. Onsen on the property and dining. The food was great.'

'This property is a private appatment, which is fairly obvious when booking. What is not obvious was that it is a very steep climb in the 1km walk from the railway station. The "How to get there" Info made available after booking was very detailed but should include "if you have heavey luggage, take a taxi!".'
